Your doll is not a real person and must be treated carefully. When you first get your doll understand that the joints may be a little stiff since it has not been used before so be careful when positioning the limbs. After a few days the joints will loosen up.

TPE Rehydration

It is recommended to hydrate the entire doll once per month with mineral oil to keep the doll in factory new condition. Apply baby oil to the front half of the doll and wait about 2 hours for absorption and then flip the doll over and repeat.

Lubrication

It is recommended to use water based lubricant to avoid damaging the TPE material. It is safe to use vaseline or baby oil for lubrication too. If you use regular lubricant make 100% certain that it is water-based and not silicone based otherwise it may damage the TPE material.

How to clean the holes

Only use water and antibacterial soap to clean your doll. Flush the holes with water and then insert cloth to absorb the liquid that is left. To clean the outside of the body just wash with water and soap. Wipe it until it is dry and never use a hairdryer because it could melt the TPE! After your doll is dry apply Talcum powder on the skin, it will absorb any moisture left and improve the feeling of the skin.

To dry the holes, you suggest to use tampons, one for the mouth and 2 for the vagina and 2 for the anus (one behind one another). Tampons are much easier to insert, will soak up remaining moisture, and won't leave anything behind.

Storing your doll

Keep arms and legs straight parallel to the body when not in use to avoid wearing out parts of the skin. If you store it in a position that is not straight you risk creating creases or folds in the skin.

TPE is a porous material, so it is possible for clothing to stain the skin. If you use dark color clothes it is more likely to stain than light color cloths. To prevent clothes from staining the skin, be sure to store your doll completely naked when not in use.

Harmful products to avoid

Alcohol / Solvents

Never use products containing any amount of alcohol on your doll such as pure alcohol like rubbing alcohol, alcohol thinned with water, baby wipes, disinfectant wipes, sprays, soaps, cleaners etc... Never spray perfume directly on the doll's TPE surface, ONLY spray the perfume on the clothing!!

Vegetable Oil

Never use products containing vegetable oil such as creams, soaps, shower gel, coconut oil, or fruity oils. These oils will seal the TPE and not allow it to breathe.

Silicone Oil

Do not use silicone based lubricants or condoms with your doll. Silicone oil will make the TPE material harder, cracked and brittle and may even cause the TPE material to shrink!
