• Your privacy is our main goal. All packages are delivered in discreet packaging; additionally, customer details are sealed within our privacy policy.
• There is no specific indication on the box that reveal the contents inside. 
• Your doll will be labelled “mannequin” (for custom clearance). 
• Be aware, that Customs Agents may open your doll box for inspection and to determine import taxes for customers outside the USA.
• Your billing statement on your credit card will show a charge from “AppZoot Inc.” our parent company.
• Photo ID and signature are required for delivery.

If you do not want to receive the order at your home, you can always have it held for pickup at a FedEx store (US orders) or DHL store (rest of the world) and you can pick it up there at your convenience. Once you receive your tracking number simply contact the shipping company (UPS/DHL/FedEx) and arrange to have it held for pickup at your nearest location.
